Creative Lead
The keynote serves as a pivotal moment where the art direction comes to life — a high-impact platform to showcase product innovation, customer stories, and the strategic roadmap for the year ahead. Achieving that impact required overcoming two significant challenges: (1) a lack of and delayed direction from leadership, and (2) siloed adjacent work streams.

Framework
Overview
In partnership with senior designer Alejandra Salas, we designed and built a framework — grounded in a series of workshops and processes — that gave the creative team a shared system for shaping the storytelling arc across all touchpoints and experiences, emphasizing cohesion and multidimensional work. We homed in on the storytelling strategy and opportunity within the main stage keynote and run of show, applying the framework to core product spotlights and themes and bringing them to life across multiple modalities, including motion design, marketecture, product imagery and demos, and data storytelling. Together, this elevated the narrative while ensuring visual and conceptual cohesion across the experience — from abstract concept to concrete product reveals.
Creative direction
Keynote
The creative concept centered on a single unifying device — The Window — a visual metaphor that moved seamlessly between the customer's world outside (their industry context, their reality, this specific moment) and the platform's world inside (the system, the mechanics of resolution). This device let us make transformation visible and felt, not just stated. It was built on a clear set of core values: immersive and larger-than-life, cinematic and premium in craft, confident in its clarity while grounded in technical proof, and rooted in human-first storytelling — ensuring that even a story about AI stayed trustworthy, tangible, and human.
